Placing an order at KOC Europe is EZ:

Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. You can either fax your order by dialing: +34 96 165 3521 or email us:  at one of the following addresses: info@koceurope.com or sales@koceurope.com
    A Purchase Order with a PO Number on your company letterhead is required.  For further details please refer to ¨Purchase Orders¨.      
  1. Once your order is received, an Account Representative will send you a Proforma invoice (PI) via email, which carefully summarizes all details of your order along with our Sale Conditions.
  1. Once you have taken a moment to review the PI for accuracy, and all is correct, you will need to sign it and return via fax or email.  Should there be any discrepancy on the PI, please contact us immediately, so we can make the necessary adjustments. (Please refer to Cancellation & Rescheduling – Sale Conditions)  Note: The PI must be signed prior to shipment of goods.  Otherwise the order will not be released.  To avoid any delay on the scheduled delivery date, please sign the PI as soon as possible.
  1. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you another email message attaching the Commercial Invoice (CI).

All information regarding your shipment is located on the CI, such as weight, number of cartons, freight charges (if any) and tracking number.  If you´d like to track your goods on line, you may do so.  (Please refer to Customer Service - ¨Track your order online¨).

This same invoice will accompany the goods through customs clearance and will be used for accounting purposes.  We DO NOT send invoices by postal service. Therefore, it is considered the FINAL INVOICE which payment should be made from.  If you are a first time buyer, please refer to ¨Open an Account with Us¨ for more details.
